    There are standards that should be used when doing ANY building piece of work, plumbing, electrics whether building regs or planning application has been applied for or non.

    As far as I know, a pipe layed in concrete must have room for expansion(more than one mode to attain that)and must be continuous(no joints), then there are only two.

    No application doesn't mean you can do things how yous like.

    no andy , the plumber said he needed access to the pipes , this is what I queried ,one said run 22mm with 15mm inside , why , one said copper ,building regs are fine if you lot piece of work to them and if they are applicative to the job , you will query this and I will have to tell you with a answer , a nice ane of course....mate
